**Your responsibilities will include**:
- This role reports to the Head of Finance within the Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) division.
Tasks include:
- Work closely with the F&BO leadership team to formulate medium to long-term financial plans
- Analyse and challenge submissions made by department heads during annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting
- Act as a SME on the (Power BI based) management reporting system and provide analytical support to report recipients
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis
- Develop or maintain financial models and reporting that assist the F&BO team in improving efficiencies
- Calculate project costing rates annually and perform monthly analysis on fluctuations from budgeted rates
**About you**:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Data Analyst to collect, interpret, and visualise complex financial data to support our financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
**To be successful you will need to have the following skills and experience.**
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant analytical experience
- Ability to produce, analyse, and interpret complex reports and management information
- Significant analytical skillset, including the expertise in the utilisation of Power BI and Advanced Excel
- Professional experience in a Finance function supporting a project-based environment (desirable) involving stakeholder reporting, cost management, budget development and analysis
