Responsibilities
* Cost Management: Manage cost planning, cost estimation, and cost management for various projects.
* Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports and tender documentation.
* Feasibility Studies: Conduct financial feasibility studies and value engineering.
* Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on contractual matters and procurement strategies.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
* Minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in Australia as a client-side Quantity Surveyor.
* Proven experience in providing a full range of project services for major projects.
* Technical skills: Proficiency in using CostX and Excel.
* Communication skills: High-level verbal and written communication skills.
