Analytics and Reporting Professional
Delivering business insights through high-quality reports is a core function of this role. Working collaboratively with Consultant Support and Operations teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining data analytics and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
* Enhance data quality by addressing and resolving anomalies in the data.
* Develop, maintain, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting.
* Provide external and internal reporting for quality and compliance performance, as well as oversight of Power BI platforms.
* Gather and maintain data to inform business decisions, resourcing strategies, and strategic direction.
Requirements:
* A strong skillset in PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL, including developing and maintaining business intelligence reports across large data sets.
* Proficient in Excel (including numerical functions, non-numerical functions, formulas, multiple criteria functions, nested IF statements, XLookup or index match, formatting, conditional formatting, tables, pivot tables, flash fill, data visualisation and data analysis using tool-pack).
* Experience with time series analysis is highly regarded.
* Detail focused and proud of your sense of accuracy.
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and operational staff.
