What You'll Be Doing
As the Senior Supervisor, Training & Development, you'll lead instructor development and set the standard for teaching quality across our Snowsports School. You'll coach a high-performing team and ensure training programs deliver safe, consistent, and inspiring lesson experiences.
You'll coordinate training, deliver on-snow clinics, and work with leaders to lift performance and professionalism. Through clear planning and hands‐on coaching, you'll build a strong culture of continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with industry bodies, senior leaders, and external trainers to shape development pathways and uphold best practice. In this role, you'll influence standards, mentor future leaders, and represent our school within the wider Snowsports community.
What You'll Bring
* Current Snowsports instructor certification (APSI or recognised international equivalent – See ISIA )
* Snowsports Instructor level three (3) or four (4) certification (APSI or recognised international equivalent)
* Minimum of four (4) full seasons instructing, with experience teaching a variety of guest ages and ability
* Demonstrated experience working as a Trainer in a Snowsports or educational environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
* Digital confidence using technology, systems and program suites
* Current Trainers certification(s), recognition and experience in the APSI or recognised international association.
* Prior supervisory or staff training experience within a Snowsports School
* Knowledge of lesson scheduling systems and operational planning
