PCM GROUP is an Industrial Services Provider Specialising in Mining, Oil, Gas, Infrastructure & Marine Sectors. Delivering safe industrial maintenance solutions to Australian industries through the provision of Abrasive Blasting, UHP Water Jetting & Protective Coating Services.
We're currently seeking local Scaffolders at all levels — Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced — to join our team working on-site in Mackay. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled and motivated individuals looking for consistent, local work with great pay and a supportive crew. Positions starting December & January. Local only need apply no FIFO.
Once the candidate has successful passed probation and evaluation period, the opportunity for full time employment will be offered for the duration of this project. Local only need apply no FIFO.
The right candidates shall be self-motivated with a positive attitude, the ability to work autonomously, and a proactive approach to safety.
The Person:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following tickets and experience:
Essential:
* Basic Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding Ticket (HRL)
* Working at Heights within 2 years
* Drivers Licence
* White Card must be post 2009
* MSIC (preferred) or able to obtain
* Able to pass drug and medical
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 3 years' experience
* Must be competent with tube and fitting
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow process and procedures
* Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent attitude towards health, safety and environment
