Senior Sales Representative Job Summary
The Senior Sales Representative is a key role within our organisation, responsible for meeting revenue growth targets and analysing industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Meet with clients in-person to discuss sales and product offerings
* Analyse market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
* Servicing existing accounts and establishing new ones by planning and organising daily work schedules
* Lead contract negotiations to achieve successful outcomes
* Submit contracts according to company policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-3 years commercial real estate or SaaS sales experience
* Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
