**Position Overview**:
As a Spa Attendant/Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. From warmly greeting clients to managing appointments and supporting the spa team, your attention to detail and passion for customer service will help uphold the high standards of Lan Massage.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and scheduling using our spa management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene reception and lounge area.
- Assist in ensuring treatment rooms are clean, prepared, and stocked with essential supplies.
- Process payments accurately and handle financial transactions securely.
- Support the spa team by anticipating and meeting client and team needs.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Flexible availability, including 10-hour shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a spa, massage, or beauty setting is highly preferred but not essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
