RESQ is looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our team for a 12-month parental leave cover. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes – from finance and facilities to technology, compliance, and administration – so we can focus on delivering great outcomes for our community.

What you'll do:
* Lead and support a small, dedicated team
* Manage facilities and infrastructure
* Oversee ICT systems and vendor relationships
* Keep an eye on budgets, insurance, and audits
* Ensure compliance and contribute to board reports
What we're looking for:
* Experience in corporate services or a similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of finance, facilities, and compliance principles
* Comfortable with tech systems and tools (bonus if you know Xero and MS Office)
* A proactive leader who can juggle priorities and keep things moving
