Yarra Valley Community Care is looking for new support workers to join our amazing friendly team!
We are a small NDIS provider based in the Yarra Valley with a supportive, family-style work environment that genuinely cares about both our staff and the people we support. We provide professional support with:
* Daily activites
* Community access
* In-home support
* Mental health assistance
* Personal care
* Behavior support
We currently have casual and part-time positions available, with potential future full-time opportunities as we continue to grow. Applicants must have a Certificate III in Disability / Individual Support (or equivalent) or be studying towards it. As well as NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get one).
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assist with daily living activities
* Reporting after each shift
* Documentation and communication
* Assist with personal care (when required)
* Manual handling (when required)
* Assist with community access (including swimming, appointments & therapies)
* Assist with transport (must have own reliable transportation)
