The Role
We're looking for an energetic, reliable, organised, detail - oriented Logistics Office to join our growing team in Yatala.
You will be part of the backbone of our supply chain operations - ensuring that goods are moved efficiently, inventory is accurate, and deliveries happen on time every time.
Working hours are between 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. This is a Full-Time position.
This role also offers opportunities to upskill into other roles within the company.
Tasks and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Co-ordinate and monitor supply chain operations
* Manage inventory levels and stock movements
* Liaise with suppliers, transport companies and internal teams
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Identify and resolve logistical issues quickly
* Filing and administration duties
Qualification and Experience
* Experience in a similar role and industry is advantageous
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office
* A current forklift ticket preferred by not required
* Team player
