**About the role
The purpose of the training role is to deliver entry level New Graduate Physiotherapy Clinical services across a variety of clinical rotations within West Moreton Health (WMH). This role is primarily based at Ipswich Hospital and will be required to rotate through various Physiotherapy service positions and provide a weekend and after-hours service at Ipswich Hospital.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated level of knowledge, expertise and skill in Physiotherapy clinical service provision relevant to the services provided by the respective facility to which you are applying.
Effective communication skills and an ability to work cooperatively and effectively within the multi-professional team to deliver quality clinical services.
Demonstrated ability to apply established and evidence-based principles to routine Physiotherapy clinical services across the continuum of care under the clinical practice supervision of more experienced physiotherapists.
Demonstrated ability or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and skills through professional development to ensure the progression of individual clinical standards and to provide direction to others who are less experienced.
Well-developed understanding of the physiotherapy services provided by WMH and an ability to demonstrate how your knowledge, skills and experience will be an asset to this facility or health service.
Fulfil the accountabilities of this position in accordance with the Mission and Values of the Health Service.
Mandatory Requirements:
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
Appointment to this position requires full registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.
