About the role
We are seeking a full-time, Executive Assistant to join our Sydney Disputes and Investigations team.
In this role, you will provide high-level support to a Partner and a number of Special Counsel and Senior Lawyers. You'll be part of a busy, close-knit and growing team working on complex, high-profile litigation and regulatory matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing documents and files across multiple matters
* Preparing court documents in all jurisdictions
* Compiling and managing briefs to counsel
* Liaising with clients, counsel and external parties
* Managing e-filing processes and court portals
* Overseeing diary and email management
* Assisting with monthly billing and account reconciliation
* Handling digital dictation (limited)
* Coordinating travel, flights and accommodation
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally in a litigation or professional services environment
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach and sound judgment
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
