Reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer, the role offers a great variety of responsibilities in Finance, People & Culture, office & equipment management, event planning and professional presentations.

THE ROLE:
This part-time (or casual) role is an excellent opportunity to join our collaborative team, showcase your professional administration skills and learn from our experienced management team.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for directly assisting the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer with a wide variety of tasks and assisting the Managing Partner as required. Responsibilities include:
•Finance reconciliations, liaising with clients with accounts enquiries, reconciling staff timesheets, payroll and client disbursements;
•Recruitment, liaising with candidates, onboarding and offboarding staff, maintaining accurate and confidential documentation and records;
•Event planning;
•Assisting staff with IT software and hardware enquiries and maintaining asset registers;
•Liaising with suppliers and cleaners;
•Assisting the Managing Partner and other Partners with correspondence and presentations as required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position would suit an excellent administrator with experience in a professional office environment. Core competencies and essential attributes required to succeed in this role include:
1.Minimum 3 years administration experience in a professional service environment (essential);
2.Experience in Finance, Human Resources or similar administration (highly regarded);
3.Competency in Microsoft Suite products (essential) and Xero (highly regarded);
4.Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
5.High level of computer literacy;
6.Solutions focussed with excellent organisation skills;
7.Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail;
8.Excellent English and communication skills, both written and verbal;
9.Well developed interpersonal skills with a willingness to establish and maintain positive working relationships;
10.Professional presentation at all times;
11.Permanent residency status.
