About You And The Role

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in offering a variety of in-home support services, including assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, transportation, and social support. Some shifts may involve providing care to clients with complex personal needs. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you're fully prepared for these shifts. Please note that as a Support Worker, you will need a personal smartphone for work-related tasks and a reliable, safe vehicle (if providing transport services).
Qualifications
* Minimum Cert III in Individual Support Disability or Aged Care
We're Looking For Individuals Who
* Have a genuine passion for helping and supporting people living with a disability
* Bring previous experience in the sector
* Own a smartphone with the functionality needed for company systems and applications
* Hold a current NDIS clearance and/or a Working with Children Check (or be willing to apply)
* Have a current Police Check (within the last 6 months)
* Possess a Current First Aid Certificate
* Hold an unrestricted driver's licence and have a roadworthy vehicle
