We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, budgeting, and financial analysis within our organisation. The Role
Reporting to the Finance Business Manager the responsibilities of the role will include,
Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Monitor and analysefinancial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans aligned with organisationalobjectives
Provide support to the Senior Business Advisor and Finance Business Manager
About You
The successful applicant will have / be,
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce or related field
Proven experience in finance roles, preferably within the healthcare sector
Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
