We are seeking a driven and energetic Client Liaison Officer to join a residential builder based in the Camden area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, coordinating projects, and ensuring a smooth journey from sales through to site commencement. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the pre-construction process from sales handover to site start. Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments including drafting, estimating, and certification. Manage documents, approvals, and communications to keep projects on schedule. Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout. About You: Minimum 1 year experience in the construction industry. Excellent phone manner, with strong customer service and communication skills. Personable, professional, and energetic - someone who builds rapport easily. Willingness to learn and adapt - enthusiasm and attitude are valued as highly as experience. What's on Offer: Salary up to $75K Super.
