About the role

We're now looking for an experienced Product Manager – Pricing & Plans to join our Product & Services team for 12 months in this parental leave relief opportunity. In this pivotal role, you'll help shape ART's pricing strategy, develop compelling plan propositions, and ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and member centred.
You'll be responsible for fee structures, pricing models and corporate and business plan design. You'll work cross functionally to deliver pricing arrangements that balance competitiveness, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. This opportunity appeals to someone who enjoys analytical problem‐solving, product lifecycle management, and influencing outcomes through insight and collaboration.
Day to day, you're will:
* Support the development and ongoing management of pricing and fee arrangements across ART products.
* Analyse customer, financial and market data to identify trends and generate insights to inform pricing and plan design.
* Recommend product enhancements, pricing strategies and revenue opportunities.
* Maintain documentation, reporting frameworks and review schedules, and much more...
This role is a 12‐month max‐term opportunity.
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a commercially minded product professional with strong analytical capability and a low ego, collaborative approach.
It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
* Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline or comparable professional experience
* Corporate client experience paired with superb communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
* Demonstrated skills in business analysis, financial modelling + pricing analysis.
* Ability to interpret legal documentation and analyse complex information.
* Experience in product development and implementation within financial services and working knowledge of employer sub‐plan arrangements within Super
* Superb communication, stakeholder management and relation shipbuilding skills.
* Experience in business/product planning and performance reporting.
* Superannuation industry experience will be highly regarded.
* Understanding of relevant legislation, regulatory and compliance frameworks
