This role contributes to capacity planning, commercial strategy, and project coordination to ensure infrastructure investments align with operational needs and strategic objectives.Working closely with internal teams and airline partners, the coordinator facilitates engagement throughout the lifecycle of aeronautical capital projects.
The role also supports pricing negotiations, business case development, and project reporting, helping to deliver commercially sound outcomes while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and upholding AAL's values.
Coordinate with the Capital Planning Manager & Airline Engagement Manager to oversee the annual capital planning cycle for Adelaide and Parafield Airports.Contribute to capacity planning modelling for key passenger processing areas such as check-in and security screening.Assist in the administration and delivery of a comprehensive commercial airline pricing strategy that attracts and retains airline partners while maximising revenue opportunities.Support negotiations for periodic airline pricing agreements, ensuring AAL's interests are safeguarded, risks are managed, and service level costs are appropriately recovered with a suitable return on capital.Build and nurture strong relationships with airline partners.Facilitate effective engagement and communication with airline stakeholders throughout the development, design, and delivery of aeronautical capital projects, in alignment with airline agreements.Establish and maintain productive internal and external working relationships, delivering high standards of customer service.Collaborate with business units to develop project scopes, justifications (rationales), and business cases.Provide assistance to Project Managers in preparing detailed project programs and cash flow reports.Undertake other duties as reasonably directed.Adhere to and contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
