The Role We’re seeking a Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone stepping into supervision or site coordination for the first time. Equally, we would love to hear from you if you already have some experience.
You’ll be based at Crowley Vale (near Gatton), supporting projects across Queensland and occasionally Australia wide.
What You’ll DoSupport planning, scheduling and logistics of site activitiesSupervise our teams and subcontractors on-site to ensure work is completed within scope and to standardMonitor safety and environmental requirementsMaintain site records using computer systems and softwareCommunicate with project managers, supervisors and contractors to keep projects running smoothly
Key RequirementsWillingness to work a 10 days on, 4 days off rosterComfortable with travel by road and air, as requiredAbility to manage multiple small to medium sized project sites

About You We’re looking for someone we can invest in long-term, who cares about the quality of their work, the impact it makes and is ready to grow into a site leadership role.
You may be:A leading hand, tradesperson, or site-based worker ready to step into supervision, orSomeone with early experience in remediation, earthworks or environmental projects, orA practical, organised person who knows how to coordinate and communicate well, even if you haven’t held a supervisor title or worked in the industry before.
You’ll be a good fit if you:Have a strong logistics or coordination mindsetCommunicate well with different personalities and tradesAre keen to build a long-term career in site supervisionAre safety-minded and eager to develop leadership skillsTake a calm, practical approach to site challengesExperience with pumps, filters or irrigation systems (desirable but not essential)Hold an open Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred)Completed safety or leadership training (desirable but not essential)Available to travel by road and air as required
