Community Mental Health Professional
The role of a Community Mental Health Professional involves working with children and adolescents to provide mental health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Mental Health Nursing and registration with AHPRA. You should also have at least two years of experience in mental health community settings, preferably in regional, rural, or remote areas.
