ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across key markets. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing sales strategies that elevate brand presence and performance.
Reporting directly to the Executive Chairman, this position plays a key leadership role in shaping the commercial direction of the business and aligning sales, brand, and operational outcomes.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for premium products and brand storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across on‐premise (bars, restaurants) and off‐premise (retail, distributors) channels
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
* Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and activations
* Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
* Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting
* Support pricing, margin management, and commercial decision‐making
* Lead, manage, and develop a cross‐functional team including a Content Creator, Sales Representative, Operations Manager, and Distiller to ensure alignment across brand, production, and commercial outcomes
* Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations across the team, fostering a high‐performance and collaborative culture
KEY SKILLS
* Proven experience in sales or business development (FMCG, beverage, or hospitality industry preferred)
* Strong network within the hospitality or liquor industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills
* Self‐motivated with a proactive and results‐driven mindset
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a small team environment
* Strong track record of driving growth and building brands
* Experience working with distributors and key accounts is highly desirable
