The Role
You will take ownership of the daily operations of the store while coordinating and supporting field service jobs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day to day workshop operations
Assembling and repairing hydraulic hoses
Serving trade and walk in customers
Managing stock control and supplier ordering
Coordinating and scheduling field service jobs
Supporting field technicians with job preparations and parts
Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and safely
Maintaining workflow safety, and compliance standards
Contributing to sales growth and store profitability
You will be trusted to help run and grow the operation - not just work in it.
Who We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 Years experience in hydraulic hose fitting or hydraulic systems
Confident dealing with customers and coordinating jobs
Organised, reliable, and able to take ownership
Strong work ethic with leadership potential
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Looking for long term stability and growth
What You Will Receive
$85-000 - $100-000 base salary (experience dependent)
Paid overtime
Profit share based on overall store performance
