About The Role
* Coordinate event logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
* Manage event setup and pack down, guaranteeing efficient processes.
* Provide on-site support to assist the supervisor and customer service team during events.
* Book internal vendors for events and liaise with external vendors to meet client requirements.
* Collaborate with landlords to ensure events are well-supported (e.g., AC, security).
* Brief venue staff on event procedures to ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate catering, coffee stations, and other event specifics with T+G and venue supervisors.
* Support clients in planning events, understanding their vision, and communicating with event hosts before events.
* Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event tours.
* Gather and relay post-event feedback to enhance future events.
