Job Opportunity


We are seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support our dynamic HR team. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee record management, payroll preparation and general HR administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities



* Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition processes

* Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality

* Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries

* Perform general HR administrative tasks as required



Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration)

* 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (preferably)
