Credit Analyst – Two Broker Girls
Part-Time | Opportunity to Move to Full Time
Two Broker Girls is growing and we're looking for a detail loving, policy obsessed Credit Analyst to work closely with TBG Broker #1 on high-quality, interesting deals.
This is a credit first role. You'll focus on assessing, structuring and submitting strong loan files, while our admin and settlements teams take care of the rest.

The Role
Working directly with TBG Broker #1, you'll own the credit side of loan files from initial assessment through to approval.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing client scenarios and servicing across multiple lenders
* Structuring deals including purchases, refinances, bridging finance and multi security lending
* Reviewing financials, payslips, tax returns and supporting documents
* Preparing clear, well presented loan submissions and credit notes
* Liaising with lenders and BDMs to progress deals
* Managing conditions and keeping files moving smoothly
* Proactively communicating with Broker #1 throughout the loan journey

* You stay focused on credit, structure and lender communication
About You
* Previous experience as a Credit Analyst, Loan Processor or in broker support
* Strong understanding of lender policy and servicing
* High attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication
* Organised, proactive and comfortable managing files independently
* Experience with Salestrekker, HubSpot and first home buyer benefits is highly regarded
