Project Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating project activities, including safety documentation, resource scheduling, contractor instructions, site supervision, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and internal administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects to promote industry safety and technical standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and developing documentation including project briefs, schedules and management plans
* Supervising project activities including the management of project contractors
* Conducting internal reporting, and identifying and managing potential risks
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders and internal staff
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a similar field (desirable)
* Demonstrated experience across varied situations and has in-depth knowledge of Rail Standards, requirements and processes (desirable)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including report writing, proposals and recommendations
* Ability to deliver and develop clear and concise presentations to internal and external audiences as required
* Ability to identify complex problems and effectively problem solve
