Mobile Patient Care offers Non-Emergency Patient Transport across Victoria and some areas of New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct patient assessment and intervention on-road to ensure safe transportation.
* Provide high-quality patient care and treatment during transport, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients, stakeholders, and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
* Work independently, using problem-solving skills to navigate established policies and procedures, and make informed decisions in real-time.
