Job Description

* Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely manner.
* Process orders accurately and ensure efficient delivery coordination.
* Maintain up-to-date customer records and databases.
* Resolve customer complaints and elevate issues when necessary.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Provide product information and support customers in making informed decisions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
* Assist with general administrative tasks as required to support the team.

A Successful Customer Service Representative Should Have

* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
* Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‐paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving and attention to detail.
* Team‐oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
