We're seeking a driven individual to oversee our large team (200+) and drive operational excellence in our robotic-driven automotive production.

About the Role: 
As Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and efficiency of our large-scale manufacturing operations. This includes: 
- Leadership & Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team (200+) of production personnel, technicians, and support staff. Fostering a positive and productive work environment. 
- Operational Excellence: Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve quality. Implementing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. 
- Robotics & Automation Management: Overseeing the operation and maintenance of advanced robotic systems and automated production lines. Ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. 
- Production Planning & Execution: Developing and executing production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective action as needed. 
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies. 
- Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining robust quality control systems to ensure product quality and meet customer specifications. 
- Budget Management: Managing the production budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness. 
- Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with other departments, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance.

About You: 
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in a manufacturing management role, preferably within the automotive industry. 
- Proven experience leading and managing large teams (200+). 
- Strong understanding of robotic systems, automation, and lean manufacturing principles. 
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve production targets. 
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
- Experience with Robotics software is a plus.
