Role Overview
Looking to still keep your foot in the door within account service but not work full time? This role is for you.
As the Account Manager, you'll play a key role in nurturing client relationships, driving projects from concept through to completion, and ensuring campaigns and activations are delivered seamlessly. You'll work closely with the Managing Director, supporting both strategic delivery and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs and strategies.
* Lead projects end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets and expectations
* Take ownership of project WIPs
* Liaise with suppliers, designers and partners to deliver high‐quality outcomes
* Support reporting, administration and operational requirements alongside the Managing Director

What We're Looking For
* 3+ years experience working within advertising agencies / marketing organisations
* Based in Melbourne, Victoria
* Confident managing campaigns end-to-end with a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Organised, detail‐oriented and comfortable balancing multiple projects
