About Thrive ELC, Drysdale
We're beyond excited to announce our brand-new, purpose-built centre coming to Drysdale, VIC, opening early 2026. This 130-place centre will be our second location in Victoria.
Our purpose-built centre will operate Monday to Friday, 7am – 6pm for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
About the Roles
We are looking for a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher, Diploma, Certificate III educators and a Cook to join our team.
We are looking for professional educators with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and other educators.
You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged
Your main responsibilities will be to:
* Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
* Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
* Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
* Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
* Nourish through a healthy menu plan
* As the centre cook, you will menu plan, order supplies, collaborate with families and educators for new meal ideas and oversee the day to day duties within the kitchen.
About You
Successful candidates will have:
* A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or teaching qualification
* Food Handling Certificate or Certificate in Commercial Cookery AND Food Safety Certificate
* A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
* Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
