About the Role

This is a career-defining role with the opportunity to lead our growth and marketing efforts as we scale.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who wants to build a digital growth machine and work toward a Head of Growth role. You're equal parts technical marketer and strategic communicator. This isn't a "hand things off to the dev team" role - you'll be hands-on with content, SEO, building automated nurture sequences, pulling tools together to create video content and iterating on our web presence directly.

At the same time, you'll own our positioning and messaging. Energy is complex - our buyers navigate tariff structures, hardware and more across locations and markets. Your job is to cut through that complexity and articulate why Termina matters, clearly and compellingly. In short, you're helping us build marketing from the ground up.

This role reports to the CEO and co-founders directly and works closely with our engineering, product, and sales teams. We're open to both part-time and full time positions for the right person.

What You'll Do

Positioning & Messaging

* Develop and refine Termina's value proposition and messaging frameworks for different buyer personas (CFOs, sustainability managers, procurement teams)
* Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with our ICP
* Own sales enablement content: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards
* Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints - website, email, sales conversations, and tenders.

Growth & Demand Generation

* Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive qualified leads (content, SEO, email, LinkedIn, paid media)
* Track and report on marketing performance: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC. You'll have support from sales ops on the tech side of getting these numbers.
* Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and feedback loops
* Identify opportunities to test new channels and tactics - we value experimentation over playbook-following

SEO & Web Ownership

* Own our technical SEO strategy: site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation
* Build and maintain landing pages, optimise conversion funnels, and implement tracking (GA4, GTM, attribution)
* Work directly in our CMS (Webflow experience is a plus) or coordinate with developers when needed
* Monitor organic performance and make data-driven decisions to improve rankings and traffic

Lifecycle Marketing & Automation

* Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs: lead nurture sequences, onboarding flows, re-engagement campaigns, and churn prevention
* Build and optimise email automation using tools like HubSpot, Braze, Customer.io, or similar
* Segment audiences based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, and product usage
* A/B test messaging, timing, and channels to continuously improve engagement and conversion

What We're Looking For

* Great taste: You either have it or you don't.
* Ability to ship content: Whether it's written, video or more, you know how to stitch tools together to get content out the door. You know it doesn't need to be high production to perform.
* Lifecycle marketing experience: You've built and optimised email nurture programs, understand segmentation and automation logic, and know how to map content to the buyer journey.
* Demonstrated excellence in positioning and messaging: Show us examples of messaging frameworks, value props, or sales enablement materials you've created. We want someone who thinks strategically about why a message works, not just what sounds good.
* Hands-on mentality: You're not afraid to get into the tools, build things yourself, and move fast. We're a small team and this role is both strategic and execution-heavy.
* 2+ years in growth, product marketing, or demand generation: Ideally with a track record of owning outcomes, not just activities.

Nice-to-haves

* B2B SaaS or technical product experience is a plus: You've marketed to business buyers and can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
* Technical SEO is a plus: You understand site architecture, crawl budgets, schema, Core Web Vitals, and can audit a site yourself. Some developer experience or comfort working with code (HTML/CSS/JS basics, API integrations, or tools like Make.com/Zapier) is essential.
* Webflow experience is a plus: Our site is on Webflow. If you can build and iterate directly, that's a big advantage.
