FBH Building is looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team.
FBH Maintenance has been servicing the Land and Housing Corporation Maintenance contract for over 5 years now. We are one of the largest privately-owned maintenance company's servicing the Illawarra. FBH Maintenance works in a fast paced working environment ensuring that no day is the same. Our trades vary from Bricklaying, to Carpentry to Painting.
We are looking for a person to learn the office basics and helping out our team when required
Tasks and Responsibilities including (but not limited to):
Main part of the job is (full training provided):
working with the clients portal to submit all information and add codes, photos etc in order to submit a compliant claim to the client
Other occasional tasks include:
minor office duties e.g. printing, laminating, filing.
purchasing products and liaising with manufacturers
scheduling appointments
contacting clients
helping with colleagues with minor duties as required.
Managing due dates and following KPIs
You will be:
Able to confidently receive and make phone calls.
A Fast Learner who can take on an increasing work load
Confident in working alone
Driven to complete orders efficiently
Able to take initiative
Our office is in Unanderra therefore a driver license is recommended but not required, the closest public transport is approximately a 30min walk
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract
**Salary**: $20.33 - $22.48 per hour
