A Perth-based processing facility is seeking reliable, self-directed operators to join our team in a structured, high-performance environment. This is a hands-on warehouse and processing role suited to individuals from warehousing, manufacturing, production or hospitality backgrounds who are looking for stable shift work and long-term opportunity.
The Role
Working within a small, disciplined team, you will:
* Operate cutting and processing equipment
* Perform general warehouse and material handling duties
* Label, scan and prepare items for dispatch
* Enter and manage data accurately in digital systems
* Follow strict safety and quality procedures
* Use basic hand/powertools
* Push for continuous improvement
This role involves repetitive manual handling and prolonged standing.
Subject to campaign shifts include:
* 12-hour day/night shifts (typically 4 days on / 3 days off)
* Weekend work where required
Pay & Conditions
* $34.20/hr base rate
* $500 per 12-hour day shift
* $540 per 12-hour night shift
* Saturday/Sunday rates up to $68.39/hr
* Additional performance-based incentives
* Ongoing Perth metro work

Essential:
* Personal accountability for your output and performance
* Confidence using computer systems
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Physically capable of manual work
* Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts
Desirable:
* Forklift licence
* Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, technician or shift-based roles
