Earn While You Learn—Personal Carer Trainee at Blue Care, Capricorn Aged Care Facility.ResponsibilitiesProvide care to residents living in our residential home, supporting independence and quality of life through activities that include daily living assistance (showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility).
Care in accordance with each resident's Care Plan.Support with community-based recreational and social activities.Role RequirementsExperience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
Confidence to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.Full right to work in Australia.Program DetailsThe program allows you to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support while you earn an income.
We'll connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost (valued at approximately $3,650).
Remuneration & BenefitsPermanent part-time positions (minimum 30 hours per fortnight).
Location: Capricorn Aged Care Facility.Remuneration: $32.07 per hour + Super + Not for Profit Tax Benefits (increases take-home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee Discounts.12 weeks paid parental leave and 2 weeks paid partner leave after 6 months of service, in addition to government schemes.Employee benefits including salary packaging options (up to $15,900 for living expenses and up to $2,650 for meal entertainment per annum) and an employee discounts platform.About BlueCareBlueCare is proudly part of the UnitingCare Family.
