Property Manager
About this role: We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team in VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property inspections, liaising with landlords and tenants, and managing the end-to-end leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting regular property inspections and addressing any issues or queries
* Coordinating maintenance and repair works, and managing relationships with tradespeople
* Managing the entire leasing process from advertising vacant properties to processing applications
* Ensuring accurate processing of rental payments, bonds, and documentation
* Providing professional communication to landlords and tenants
* Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and implementing best practices in property management
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar property management role with knowledge of residential leasing and property management industry
* Proficient in using property management software and general office applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
* Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle manual available for use
* Real Estate licensing or Certificate IV in Property Services highly desirable
* Australian work rights required for this position
