DELIVERY CO-ORDINATOR – Orange
Lead the run. Get it done.
If you like a fast pace, taking charge, and making sure things run on time, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for a Delivery Co-ordinator to step up and lead our Orange delivery team. We back our trade customers with the right gear and solid service — and this role makes sure it all happens safely, efficiently, and on time.
You'll be hands-on, lead from the front, and keep the wheels turning so our customers can keep working.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Putting safety first, every day — for yourself, the team and our customers
* Training and guiding the crew to work smart and safely
* Leading the delivery and pick team to hit DIFOT targets (delivered in full, on time)
* Coordinating daily runs and managing deliveries
* Building strong relationships with key trade customers
* Owning problems when they pop up and sorting them out properly
* Making sure vehicles are maintained, compliant, and ready to go
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Solid experience in logistics or delivery coordination
* Proven ability to lead a team and get the best out of people
* Building or trade industry knowledge (preferred, not essential)
* Forklift and MR licence to be able to assist the small, close-knit team when needed
If you're organised, switched on, and not afraid to take responsibility, this could be your next step.
