Job Summary
This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of government education contracts. The Coordinator – Language Services will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including reporting, data management, and client operations.

About the Role
The Coordinator – Language Services will contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve efficiency. They will also assist in responding to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and initiative. The role requires strong digital literacy, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Support the delivery of services to government clients in line with best practices and deadlines.
* Perform a range of administrative tasks including reporting, data management, and client operations.
* Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
* Respond to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and initiative.
* Maintain and enhance administrative systems using spreadsheets, databases, and other tools.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential in managing complex tasks. Additionally, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems is required. Demonstrated problem-solving skills in high-volume, deadline-driven environments are also necessary. Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially in government or education sectors, is highly desirable.
