Coordinate spotting priorities, geology markups and RC Drilling requirements with Geology Technicians, Graduates and Surveyors.* Produce mineable shapes (blocks) which maximize value and communicate the extraction plan with engineers and the mining team.* Mentor and support Graduates and Geology Technicians.* Be a leader for field safety, coordinate regular work area inspections, contribute at safety meetings and be proactive in hazard identification and removal.* Understand and document the geology of the Admiral deposit* Work with the project geologist to document and understand the geology of the Admiral Deposit using all the geological tools within your arsenal.This role is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off Fly In Fly Out roster from Perth to Leonora.
