**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide high level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements (domestic), and meeting coordination including National Board preparation and minute taking.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
- You will be positive, engaging, grounded, authentic, mindful and connected
- Strong numerate skills and be tech savvy
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
