Role: Human Resources & Recruitment Manager
Hours of Work: 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday to Friday (38 ordinary hours per week).
Location: Canning Vale, Western Australia.
Role Objectives:
Manage business IR risk and compliance with Fair Work, Relevant Awards, and Industry Standards.
Manage and maintain Org Chart, Job Descriptions, and role specific KPI's and KRA's.
End to End Recruitment. Ownership of entire business needs inclusive of active focus towards a diverse workforce.
Implement, update, and manage organisational training and succession plans. Clear focus towards staff retention, promoting from within alongside attracting new employees committed to delivery of "Quality Service Safely".
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and associated documents.
HR reporting. Identify organisational risk and shortfalls, implement strategy.
Injury Management.
Provide HR & Training support to Department Managers and national field staff.
Manage Employment Contracts and Training Retainer Agreements.
Manage internal newsletters and social administrative functions ("Haggies Gossip", staff social events etc).
Manage all HR subcontractor business terms and commercial instruments.
Role Requirements:
Formal qualifications and certification relative to HR & Recruitment.
Confidence and proven ability to "take the reins" of all things HR and Recruitment Related.
Strong communicator with highly professional conduct. Able to communicate and represent the companies best interests to internal and external stakeholders at all times.
Extensive experience in recruitment strategy and management.
Strong experience in implementing and managing organisational training ecosystem.
Robust knowledge of Awards and Fair Work industry standards.
Ability to manage Employee incentive and bonus schemes.
General knowledge of Drilling Industry is highly regarded.
Knowledge of workers compensation and injury management.
Highly motivated, proactive, and agile individual.
Aspects of Payroll relief (Minor frequency).
Other business matters as directed by GM and MD.
