What you'll be doing:
Walking into your centre you'll smile, as the early morning sunshines over our beautiful nature escape. When the door opens,you'll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the communityspirit. You'll lead the close-knit team of educators, to ensure ourchildren enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You'llpromote 'School ReadY', maintain high quality programs, managecompliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children andfamilies. At the end of your shift, you'll walk out the door (stillsmiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body,mind, and spirit.
You'll be great in this role if you...
* Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care
* Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent
* Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
* Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012
* Previous experience in children services, developing andimplementing programs for 0-to-5-year olds
* Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working withChildren card
