Job Title: Key Account Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our NZ Sales Team, reporting to the Head of Multichannel.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering our customer strategy for Indevin within New Zealand. This position will be responsible for driving engagement with customers and ensuring growth and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture customer relationships to deliver mutual growth, in-line with Joint Business Plans.
* Ownership of customer P&L's, ensuring delivery against budgeted volume, net sales, and gross margin targets.
* Plan, deliver, and track trade spend within budget.
* Ownership of rolling 12-month forecast for given customer(s).
* Prepare and lead customer Joint Business Plans, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that contribute to long-term business success.
* Development and execution of promotion and activation plans to realise growth and share-of-business ambitions.
* Prepare and deliver category reviews, store reviews, and consumer insights using scan and shopper data to unlock opportunities for Indevin, our retail partners, and our customers.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of Key Account Management or Field Sales experience.
* Commercially minded.
* Effective Internal and External Stakeholder management.
* Motivated and eager to learn and grow.
* Organised, thrive with an autonomous approach.
* Problem-solving approach to add value to our customers.
