Role
We are seeking an experienced
Organisational Change Manager
to lead change management activities for a large-scale Customer Information Lifecycle (CIL) project. This program focuses on transforming how customer data is acquired, stored, maintained, used, and disposed of across core systems.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to deliver training, assess change impacts, and support successful adoption of process and technology changes within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Assess change requirements across systems, people, processes, and structures
Develop and deliver training materials to support new system implementations
Manage change initiatives in alignment with formal OCM frameworks and best practices
Ensure timely delivery of change activities to support project success and ROI
Identify potential change risks and organisational readiness challenges
Create and implement stakeholder engagement plans tailored to impact levels
Collaborate closely with project teams to integrate change plans into delivery timelines
Foster strong working relationships across teams to support successful change adoption
What You'll Need
Essential Criteria
3–6+ years of experience leading organisational change for complex ICT projects
Strong background in training needs analysis, training content development, and delivery
Experience applying formal change methodologies such as PROSCI, CMI, or CMBoK
Proven track record of coaching stakeholders and supporting change capability building
Ability to align change plans with broader project goals and delivery frameworks
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Immediate availability
Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Desirable
Experience working with
Salesforce
or other CRM platforms
