What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to exceed sales targets
* Setting the standard on the floor through exceptional, customer-first service
* Driving store performance through strong commercial decision-making and KPI focus
* Elevating the store environment through premium visual merchandising and attention to detail
* Managing stock flow, inventory accuracy, and replenishment seamlessly
* Owning all day-to-day operations including rostering, reporting, and store standards
* Recruiting and building a team culture that is engaged, accountable, and results-driven
* Handling customer queries and challenges with professionalism and confidence
* Supporting campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations to drive traffic and sales

* Commercially minded with a clear focus on driving results and store performance
