I'm currently partnering on an exclusive mandate to appoint a Senior Accountant within a growing financial services group, supporting a high-performing Finance team across multiple entities.
This role offers strong exposure across financial accounting, reporting, and operational finance, within a collaborative, open-plan environment. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a well-rounded Accountant role with visibility across the business.
Key Highlights
* Exposure to a multi-entity environment
* Ownership of bank reconciliations and workpapers
* Involvement in month-end and year-end reporting processes
* Assist with BAS preparation and compliance requirements
* Exposure to loan registers, interest calculations and investor transactions
* Involvement in distributions and payment processes across entities
* Opportunity to support audits and continuous process improvements
* Work closely with a collaborative and high-performing Finance team
Ideal Profile
* Experience in an Accountant / Assistant Accountant role
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator with ability to work across teams
* MYOB experience (desirable, not essential)
* Background in financial services, property or funds (advantageous)
