Job Title: Event Coordinators
About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Event Coordinators to join our team and help deliver a range of events across the Coffs Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive under pressure, have excellent communication skills, and can work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive end-to-end event delivery from planning and logistics to budgets, risk management, suppliers, and on-the-ground action.
* Work with passionate stakeholders and partners to ensure every event is seamless and memorable.
* Build the capacity of event organisers across the Coffs Coast through expertise and guidance.
* Maintain attention to detail for rosters, volunteers, catering, traffic, security, and other logistical aspects.
* Contribute to shaping the future of events through strategies, bids, and new initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualifications in Event/Tourism Management or equivalent.
* Proven experience in major, civic, sporting, or commercial event coordination.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Superb organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A current Class C Driver Licence.
