The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Rail Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Karratha based office. This position is offered as either residential or FIFO, commencing June 2026. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will play an integral role in partnering with our leaders and management, to help improve the effectiveness of the business and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Safety and Quality compliance on site.
* Manage and Coordinate People/Plant/Equipment and Material Logistics.
* Contribute to development of work methods and rolling short term construction programs and plan daily/weekly production work.
* Complete progress reporting and activities, reports for shift handovers and consistent regular reporting to the Superintendent.
Skills and Experience
* 5+ years previous experience in a similar role
