About the Role
Our New Homes Consultants are the driving force behind our success, guiding customers through the initial and exciting stages of their home-building journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for the building industry to help customers take the first steps towards creating their dream homes.
This full-time role is based in our Renmark office and operates during standard Monday to Friday office hours, offering a fantastic work-life balance. You'll be joining us at an exciting time of growth, with construction on our brand-new display home set to begin towards the end of this year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and manage leads from our sales office and other sources
- Conduct thorough customer consultations to understand their needs and aspirations
- Present and explain our range of home designs and customisation options
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and utilise our CRM system effectively
