About This Role
We're seeking a National Account Executive to join our Sales team, supporting and growing sales with Grocery customers. Reporting to the National Account Manager, this role will manage and expand the Remedy and Fever Tree business with Coles and Woolworths. You'll act as a key support to the Grocery Accounts team, growing top-line revenue.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Cremorne, with occasional visits to our Dandenong South Fermentary.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Woolworths and Coles account teams to optimise customer relationships, manage sales forecasts, and develop annual sales plans to meet targets.
* Manage demand plan accuracy, preparing data for S&OP reviews.
* Analyse sales and performance data to generate actionable insights, guiding improved decision-making and reporting monthly and weekly results to stakeholders.
* Support range reviews by preparing presentations and submission forms, facilitating new product integration.
* Lead projects to enhance forecast accuracy and integrate Tableau across the grocery team.
* Provide administrative support on customer forms and portal updates.
The Ideal Candidate
You have FMCG experience in Sales or Marketing (bonus points if in Grocery) and can use marketplace data to drive insights and recommendations. Your skills, attitudes, and experiences make you thrive in this role:
